We don't work on a first-come, first-served basis. After an exchange — email, phone or a visit — we add your family to the litter that suits you.
Matching happens around week six. We watch every puppy from birth: the one who follows everywhere, the one who settles alone in a corner, the one nothing bothers. That's what determines which puppy goes to which family — not the colour picked from a photo.
$500 deposit to confirm, applied to the total price. Refundable if the litter doesn't produce the puppy that suits you.
Not really, and that's on purpose. Matching is based on temperament observed over six weeks, not on coat colour. A very dominant puppy placed in a home with young kids becomes a problem a year later. We introduce you to the puppy or puppies that suit your household, and you decide from there.
They're short-muzzled breeds, so yes, particular care is needed — heat, intense exercise, weight. We only breed parents that breathe well at rest and under exertion, and every family gets a full info sheet. Details are on our Our Breeds page.
No. Every family picks up their puppy at our home. That lets us show you the handling routine one last time, hand over the full file, and watch the puppy leave under good conditions. We never ship through a carrier.
First round of vaccines, complete deworming, a microchip registered in your name, a veterinary exam in the days before going home, a health record, a few days' worth of food and a blanket that smells like the litter. Canadian Kennel Club registration papers are included too.
Yes. A two-year guarantee against serious hereditary conditions, given in writing when the contract is signed. It provides for replacement or refund, your choice. We also hand over both parents' screening results.
Between three and eight months depending on breed and timing. Our litters are often spoken for before birth. If nothing matches right now, sign up: we notify the waiting list before publishing a litter on the site.
